Should i tackle my work inbox now or wait until the end of my sick-leave? I'm afraid i might get more sick if i wait until then to open it

I usually check my workmail before returning from holiday. Spending your first workday just with mail is frustrating - especially when people start to ask "have you already read my message about..." latest after lunch.
With sick-leave i would leave it until you are feeling well again == night before starting back (not that i have any great experience with sick-leave!)
With regard to holidays, my view is, if i am looking at work email then i am working not on holiday.

I am with @map here, do it the day or evening before you go back just so you have a heads up on what awaits you.
