Errr...keychain errors? D: Nah, that'd be for encrypted networks? Oy -.- Mint changes some stuff from Ubuntu, so sometimes you're stuck with having to ask in their forums
@cybette: To be fair, it's more of a general problem in Linux (standby/sleep) but latest Ubuntu updates have fixed that. Might just be a Mint problem, might be a problem with your hardware not having adequate support. D: I dunno. Wish I could help more.
I think I've always had issues when returning from standy-by with the major distros also. Restartig networking fixes the issue on OpenSUSE 11.1 on a ibm t40

hmm, restarting network didn't help in my case. ifconfig/ifup don't make a difference either. oh well, will play with it more tonight

@cybette: usually a more recent and somewhat unstable NM from @asac PPA will fix this kind of bugs on Ubuntu
https://launchpad.net/~network-manager/+archive
maybe u can try that on mint?
remember to make backups of your mint NM debs, so u can restore the wifi later if this fails...

I have the same problem on my machine... but it also doesn't resume from vista... so I always power off.
