to check about camping site in Turku for Ruisrock, get tickets
for Ruisrock, book one more train trip (in Sweden) and ferry from
Stockholm (can't do online, must call...)
Be sure to back loads of mosquito spray and long sleeves. And
something to do in the car, you're gonna drive trough a lot of
forest. :) And if you want to buy cold smoked reindeer meet, you
can send it to me by post, I could store it for you until you get
back. IF I can keep my hands off it... ;)
all hotels confirmed, swedish night train booked (expensive!!),
and got the very last cabin on the stockholm-turku ferry.
whew. only turku left to tackle.
and i managed to figure out the Viking Line online payment
system (which is only available in the Finnish version of the
webpage, not English version). only save a few euros, but i'd
rather have the peace of mind that it's been paid and they can't
reject us from the ship.
Thinking Tampere might be a nice trip some weekend soon, seeing
the 50km sign to Tampere every day at work.. ;) And I need to get
out of here sometime. Seems like a nice trip you're going to have,
btw. :)
If (and when) you go through Inari, give me a shout. I won't be
there but please do pop in for a coffee and pulla in our
café/flagship souvenir store (it's on me :)!

first chienting is coming too but couldn't make it at the last
minute. but definitely let us know when you are coming to Tampere!
