Another 4 weeks passed... I'm generally a patient person but there's a limit somewhere. So, once again I sent a nice polite email asking them what's going on, maybe at least give me an ETA? This time I got a short and sweet reply: "We are sorry, but the product has been past and we have to return your money back."

After two weeks with no further emails nor delivery, I emailed them again asking about the order status. (There was no link on their website to check that.) They replied saying there was some problem with my order and they put it in again manually and that the system does not give shipping codes for manual orders. So I just had to wait. Ok, fine.

I ordered a netbook from them 6 weeks ago (Packard Bell Dot, only 222e, with similar specs as those around 280 - 300e. Just wanted a new toy to play with.)
Emailed them as I wasn't sure if the order went through -- got stuck at the payment page which was supposed to refresh back to Gigantti's website but didn't. Received a reply the next day saying the order was registered, with a pdf receipt, and later that day I checked my bank account and my card was charged.
